Freezing Problems, low +5V

About a day ago I just got my new Athlon CPU. When I booted up for the first time bios gave me an error. So I went into my hardware monitor and it said my +5V was at 4.4 - 4.2. All the other V's were ok. Is 4.4 bad? I don't really know how to fix this problem, but from then on when I went into windows and tried playing games like War Craft 3, it would freeze about 6 minutes into the game and give me errors and the game crashes. Any suggestions? Everything was fine until I installed the Athlon 2000 XP... i use to have a 1GHZ TBird

I have a 300W power supply , i heard this might be a problem... because of high power consumption from other devices that are power hogs.

This is what I'm running:
Athl. XP 2000+
300W ATX
A7M266 Asus mobo Bios (1007)
GForce 2 GTS
40gb hd
Standard athlon cooling fan
DVD & CD-R Drives
Audiophile soundcard
DLink ethernet.
Windows 2000

Ok i just went out and got an Enermax Whisper power supply. But now, my 3.3 voltage is at 4!
All the other ones are fine. What can i do about this, my computer crashes at random times.
Can anyone please help? Is there ajumper im missing?
Is there any way i can lower the 3.3V manualy?

Thanks for all the help so far
