Can anyone tell me what the freezing point is of a solution that's 60% water and 40% ethanol?

80 proof vodka will freeze at approximately -26.95 °C or -16.51 °F.

If your vodka froze, somebody has been skimming on you and replacing with water.

No, that's not an issue. I was just curious how cold it would actually need to be to freeze Jager.

Any numbers you get from reading about pure ethanol/water combos should be adjusted down to a colder temperature because there are many impurities in Jaeger.

Jager's actually 35% alcohol. I thought it was 40%.
