ANy else have the problem of having ice cream freeze to a point where you cannot scoop it anymore? Since there is no temp adjustment for my freezer, I have no idea what else i can do besides leaving it out for 30 minutes.

No it isn't.

It's called his freezer is very cold.

Freezer burned ice cream is disgusting. If the look alone didn't deter you, you most likely wouldn't take more than a bite of it, unless you were intoxicated.

There are ice cream scoops that have anti-freeze int he handles and such so they stay a bit warmer as you use them. Or just have a bowl of warm water and dip the scoop in there after every couple scoops of ice cream and it will cut through it real easy.

Is this the freezer on a refrigerator or a deep freeze? If its the former then the freezer control is possibly in the main part of the fridge.

You just need to figure out a decent method or find a better scoop. Unless for some reason you're letting it completely melt and then refreezing it or pouring water in it and its turning to ice, it shouldn't be that difficult to scoop.
