Freezing/Blank Screen

Hi im new here and ive been picking everyones brain about this question. A few months back my power source short-curcited and took my motherboard, harddrives with it. I now have a new motherboard and harddrives. I am still using my old CPU, RAM, and video card they werent affected by the short circut. But ive had a problem recently where my computer will bascily shut off my screen goes blank and my computer quits responding and i am forced to press the reset button to restart it. Now this only happens with certain games and also when i try to use Nero burning rom which causes my screen to freeze. Ive swapped out processors, ive reformted ive rolled back drivers, rolled back DX still i have this problem please help. Also nothing is overclocked and system temp is CPU around 50 - 60, Mobo around 80F
