Freezes twice a day, no crash dumps written

I wonder if anyone could help recommend what I look at it here. I've got a Windows 7 computer that keeps freezing...

* Freezes once or twice a day, no blue screen, no crash dumps (crash dumps are enabled)
* Ran MemTest over night and it passed, SeaTools found no problems with the hard drive.
* Doesn't seem to happen during heavy use, it usually happens when I'm not at the PC, screen saver is disabled

Any thoughts?

I'm leaving it for a while booted into SeaTools, just to see if it freezes outside of Windows.

Thanks!
