Freezes and reboots after OC'ing

I just got my new mobo in today, NF7-S v2 and I'm overclocking my 2500+ to 3200+ and it's running at a fine temperature (39ºC/104ºF). However, after running Doom3 a bit sometimes the game will simply close, and sometimes my system will reboot.

What could be the cause of this? I'm running Memtest86 right now and after an hour and twenty minutes it's found 4 errors. Could this be the problem? How can I fix this?

My FSB to DRAM ratio is 5:5: ram is running at 400Mhz. Any ideas?

If memetest gives you errors, it means that your RAM is limiting. You should either relax the timing of your RAM or reduce the overclock of your RAM.
You should keep doing this and re-run the memtest until you can run memtest overnight with not a single error.

After you get there, you start running prime95.
If you get errors in prime95 then, it means that your CPU is limiting. You can either gradually increase your core voltage or reduce CPU overclock. You should do that until you can run prime95 overnight with no errors.

Only then, you have a stable system.
If the system is not stable, you are going to get lots of freezes and reboots.
You don't want one of those while you are flashing the BIOS or wring a CD!

Also remember that Prime95 errors are not purely CPU errors. It will also pick up RAM instability and chipset errors in the blend test. Memtest86 also picks up CPU errors and chipset errors.

Between the two, yoo can generally say your setup is stable if you pass both tests overnight.

What kinda ram you got? PC3200?
What timings? Optimal?
