Because they turn over stock quickly. It is the length of time that determines how much water vapor is drawn out of food, in addition to packaging that's air-tight. They may also have higher humidity freezers which reduces the burn rate.But why are store purchased frozen items not sealed?
We are not talking about the people you killedI just throw raw meat into my freezer without packaging or anything. Never had a problem with it.
