Freeze ups!!

I am experiencing random freeze ups. This usually happens about once a week, occasionly more, I run 24/7. I am running a AK31 Rev3 board with Athlon T-bird 1.4. I also had the same problem with a ECS board and thought that was the problem but changing boards did not help. Could this be a driver problem? Processor problem? Anyone else having this problem?
