Freeware IRC Server?

Does anyone know of any good freeware windows based IRC servers out there?

I have googled my fingers off, I found one that I like so far IRCplus2000 but it is limited to 10 people, and the company has gone away.. So any recommendations? I only need to support 30 people or so, and it is for an internal network.. So doesnt have to be much of anything.
 
the only irc daemon i have ever used is ircu its the same ircd that that undernet uses for their servers. Its a bitch to set up, and it wont run in windows, so I am probably no help.
