Can anyone recommend a Freeware or very inexpensive Call tracking software for an IS Helpdesk?

We currenty have a really old Version of "Service Center" which is starting to die and there are no funds for upgrading to a new platform.

I tried searching for this because I have seen a similar thread before but can't seem to find that thread...
