Sound & Picture quality
Reliability
Whether a PCI, PCI express 1x or USB TV stick is better

Are there any particular models that you would recommend through personal experience rather than magazine reviews? I will be using it for either watching TV or recording it.

Using Vista 32bit and live in the UK.
