Question FreeSync monitors with Nvidia GPUs

Hey! Sometimes before the end of the month I might grab a Dell S3220DGF to replace my Samsung S27D590. I also plan on getting the RTX 30xx soon.

I never used a FreeSync/G-Sync monitor but knowing that FreeSync is an AMD tech, can you still use this feature with Nvidia GPUs?

Most freesync monitors play well with Nvidia's Gsync compatibility mode.
But it is not guaranteed to work like a Gsync monitor is. Some people report flickering or black screen issues.

That being said, my monitor is freesync and has no problems with running gsync at all.

No idea if it'll work or not. Theoretically it should, but I'm not sure if it's a pay Nvidia to play thing like gsync?

It's not on the listed ones as compatible, but the list could be old? It's probably best to download the user manual and take a look and see what it says about it.

This guy did get it working with a custom resolution so it's probably doable?
