I purchased a Digital Celebris GL6180 when it was in the hot deals forum. I am now trying to set up freesco on this box to use as a bridge. I followed the instructions and accepted the defaults on address and IRQ, says the bios should asign them for all pci cards. I have 2 diferent cards along with the onboard lan of the system, these cards are Netgear FA11, Diamond HPNA phoneline with AMD chip( PCnet-Home AMD79C978KC), and have no idea what the onboard is.

On reboot bios shows conflict between all three cards with no address or IRQ assigned. I am a newbie at this so any help with this system or sugestion for NIC's that are freesco friendly would be apreciated:)

maybe you should look into OpenBSD to use as a network OS. it is much more hardware friendly than freesco (better than linux in this respect too, imho), and is relatively easy to set up. Also, there are lots of faq's/man pages on www.openbsd.org.
