-looking for the quick answer on what to setup as far as port forwarding in order to dl from napster, 3 pc's connect to the router...i could figure it out but i'm lazy, and if i work on the pc for too long my old lady gets onto me

If all you wanna do is download from Napstar then you should not need any special configuration... It's when you wanna share files with other ppl that needs port forwarding...

thanks guys, you're right. i guess the first time i tried to connect it wasn't able to resolve a server and that was napsters problem, i tried again last night and got right thru

muchisimas gracias!

if youre behind a firewall/nat/freesco and the person youre trying to connect to is, napster wont work. in my experience it was necessary one of us had a true routable IP. but the majority of napsterites dont run NAT boxes. am i wrong about this?
