Might be as easy as using a slash instead of a backslash in the mount point.

Check to see if a nix client can see the NFS shares at all.

showmount -e X.X.X.X (address of win7 machine)

Might need to open the NFS port in windows firewall, TCP 2049 I think.

Might be a FS permissions issue as well, check the event log of the Win7 machine.

Using Windows machines as a NFS server is a PITA.
