FreeNAS 9 Experts ? NFS issues

Only getting around 15MB/s off IO meter and 400 megabit on the gigabit ethernet traffic. Switching it to iSCS, I get 100MB/s and 850 megabit off the ethernet interface.

Its 14 300gb 10k sas drives, tested in raid 10. I only have 8gb of memory on the server right now but have 32gb coming in next week. Not sure if its config issue or something else on the NFS. It is sitting on a private storage network so besides the other hp san + 3 esx host, there isn't much traffic.
