Freedom Pass is back @ Blockbuster...

For people who play video games, Blockbuster has brought back the Games Freedom Pass. The only thing about it now is, apparently you have to use a credit card to sign up, and you can only get one game out at a time....

For $19.99 a month you can rent one game at a time (but you can return it the next day and borrow another day in and day out).

So basically I could go down there, sign up for the freedom pass, borrow a game today. I could go home and play it all night. Return it tomorrow and borrow another game that I would like to play for $19.99 a month. And I believe there is no limit on how many games you can borrow per month. The only limit is like I said earlier, you can only borrow one game at a time.

This is good for people like me who get easily bored with games. This way I can, for $19.99 a month, play as many games as I like and never get bored of them!

I would love to have something like that for DVD's. There's always Netflix, but you have to deal with the mail and all...

This is exactly how it works...I would've put a description in, but I'm at work and i actually had to do some for a change....
The only thing i don't like about it now is that you can only get one game at a time, but then again this is also a plus, because last summer when they had 2 games at a time, you really couldn't find anything. Also if i remember correctly, some places did the same kinda pass, but with dvds too for 25 bux a month, so check and see.

If any of you have a Hollywood Video near you they have a much better deal. $20 a month gets you unlimited rentals of movies(dvd or vhs) AND games. The way this one works is you can have 2 out at any time. i've had it for about a year now i think, and i love it.
