The ruling party still calls themselves the communist party, but obviously they no longer attempt to redistribute all the wealth or own everything and even their constitution defines them as socialist. Poland is a unitary state made up of sixteen voivodeships (Polish: województwo). For starters, there hasn't been a USSR since 1991. Same with the GDR (the former East Germany.). The Czechoslovak Socialist Republic died in 1989, and there hasn't been a Czechoslovak anything since it split into the Czech Republic and Slovakia in 1993. And this is just for starters.

As for also being incomplete, among many others, Myanmar (what we used to call Burma) considers itself socialist, and if you don't think the cradle to grave socialism of the Scandinavian states qualifies them as socialist I'm not sure what to say to you.

In fact, since you seem to want to include the US, you can't begin to exclude Canada, most of the rest of the Americas, and really all of both Eastern and Western Europe, all of which are much more "socialist" than our country. And by that measure, we'd have to include large swaths of Africa and Asia -- pretty much most of the world.
