For those you love the FreeBSD handbook, but would like it in printed form you can get it for $20!

It's for FreeBSD 4.4, but for most people it's good enough. This book really helped me out when I was first learning FreeBSD and couldn't get my net
connection working to access the online handbook... plus it's good reading material on the bus!

Just thought I would share 🙂
 
This would be a great start for a n00b.

Think about it... you could install 4.4 from the CD's the book comes with... let's say you want to learn how to do update it to 4.6, then go ahead
and read the section regarding make and build world... If you mess up, who cares! 🙂
