FreeBSD and RAID?

I am setting up my first big FreeBSD server and need to go scsi.
I am looking to run 3or4 IBM 18gig ultra 160 drives in RAID 5.
I have found two options so far that support 160 and fit in the budget:

Mylex AcceleRAID 170
Adaptic 2100s

Any one have any luck with these?
or any other sugestions?
