I think this was the site posted about 2-3 months ago where someone was able to download a list of entered CC numbers for those that entered them. I'm not sure if it's the same URL, but the site looks identical.

YES DONT ENTER CREDIT CARD info. i was just about to post that, same exact design.. last time was a big scam for anyone that did..

Actually, I was the one that posted it a few months back, and I was just wondering about the subscription myself. Well, I went to EGM's customer service website, and discovered that my subscription is starting this month, so for all of you that registered back then, they may be the initial subscriptions that are part of this promo. Just my $.02. Good post, bringing it back for those that didn't get in last time.

Actually you might already get subscription if you signed up two months ago. Go to

and then at the botton, you can click customer service and then you can check if you have any subscription at a street address. My subscription starts Feb 2002 so I guess most people signed up last time should be able to get it soon.

thanks for mentioning that.. i got in on this too last time (didnt give my credit card out since i dont believe in paying for magazines since you can get them for free :D ). just checked out and said my subscription is good til feb. 2003. so i guess i should be receiving my first issue soon..

maybe doing it again will extend my subscription.. cuz i get Gear magazine, and for some odd reason my subscription ends dec. 2003. i guess i accidentally did 2 offers or something to get that i suppose..
