Free Xp tweaking utility?

A while I ago I had this great little utility that I found somewhere. It was free, and was an XP tweaking utility that, among other things - had options for an Ultra Fast Boot process and an Ultra Fast Shutdown thing where it reordered certain files.

Does anyone know what I'm thinking of? I've googled, but almost everything I come up with is only a trial version.
