Did this a year ago. They had only sent a calculator. This time I got the World Clock Calculator. Probably they send calculators when they run out of World Clock Calculator.

You don't actually need the code to make it work. Just go to http://www-1.ibm.com/mediumbusiness/ and click on the offer (it's on the right, looks like an advertisement).

As for the account name, I think they're just asking for your company name, I don't think it needs to be a pre-existing IBM sales account since anyone can get to it. That page is obviously a medium-sized-business marketing pitch.
