From now until MAY 1, there will be a free connection to the internet with their new wireless network accessed through a laptop or PDA running 802.11 PCMCIA.

As it is, it's hard enough finding a payphone with a modem jack in many of the airports, so this is pretty cool. I wonder how they will charge for it in the future, I guess there'd be a login/authentication screen and you'd have to supply a CC#? I wish more airports would implement this... except it would compete with the $$$/minute broadband kiosks and coffee houses. How many people pay to use those services I wonder.

Most airports, hotels (not the $/hr ones!), and even restaurants (not McDonalds!) will have wireless networks within the next few years.
