Free Windows Media Server download URL sought

I've been told that there is a free Windows Media Server available on the Windows site but am damned if I can find it. Of course that may be because there is not one available, but I'm told it is for streaming media in the same way that the Helix server is available free from Real.

Any advice (or particularly the URL) really appreciated.

Go to Add/Remove Programs -> Add/Remove Windows Components and you'll find the Windows Media server there.
