I based my own FTP Server / Client on the design of FileZilla

Which is the most user friendly/idiot proof? Also needs the ability to use a port other than port 21 because my ISP blocks port 21. I talked to someone on the phone about hosting an FTP server, and they said it's against the subscriber agreement, however, a small FTP server used lightly for personal reasons wouldn't draw enough attention to create an investigation as to what's using so much bandwidth.

I find that GuildFTP is easy enough to set up and use. You can set the port number too.
