A guy I know has a chicken website with freewebservers.com.
The service sucks, looks like crap, serves out for crap, is inundated with popups, and is basically for shyt, but it's free.
I'd suggest coughing up a few bucks and going with homestead.com.
I get a few mb free with my service contract, take a look at your ISP's website. You may have some space, too.
