Free webcam chat rooms?

Must be new then. My cousin lives in spain and wanted to see the Duke game several months ago (wasn't broadcast their), so I signed up for a free Paltalk account and aimed my webcam at the TV with the game on. He saw it just fine and fluid (not 1 second frames).
