edit: My closest store didn't have the rebate booklet yet and it isn't online either so I don't know the limits on these.

Walgreen's has rebates every month, Rite Aid does too. You save receipts for a month, then mail them all at once (Walgreen's) or register purchases online (Rite Aid).
Every month, there's always a few products that are FAR. They're amazingly quick and consistent - TCA should take a lesson. Or six.
