Edit: All of the other MS development tools are also available. SQL Server, Older versions of VS, etc.

There's a dreamspark thread but it's a couple of years old. Might as well mention that you can also get older versions still (2005/2008) as well as a handful of other things including server operating systems. You have to be able to verify you are attending school (usually via an .edu address)

VS2010 was just added a couple of days ago.
