Free Video conferencing software

I have a bunch of friends from highschool that I've met up with on Facebook and we'd like to do a video conference to catch up more personal than just texting each other. I'm looking for a solution that is free, and can handle at least 10-15 people at a time in different locations all over the country. Any suggestions? I found some on Google, but I'd really like to get input from some people here that have actually used them. There are different skill levels involved here, so I'd like it to be as easy as possible to set up and use.
 
Man, it's too bad we don't have a Software for Windows section of this forum. That would be awesome so you could go there and read and post and stuff.

If you want input from people who've used certain pieces of software, are those people supposed to read your mind to find out what software you're talking about?

Um, no, I'm looking for video conferencing software. Where was I not clear enough? And go troll someone else's thread.
