Free URL forwarding?

I need a place that has free URL forwarding. I already have a domain. Register.com has it, but I try to use it and I need to login to something called Domain Manager, and I don't have a name/pass. At the bottom it says it's given during registration? Above that it says only available to customers, I thought it was free?

So exactly what do you need to do? Forward a domain name to another site? If thats it, just tell me the domain name, and I will give you the DNS server to use, and set it up lickity split.

I'm not sure that I understand... All I want is to make it so that when somebody types in the domain that I have, it forwards them (not really forward, just load up) to a site that I already have at Crosswinds. Sort of like cjb.net, but without the cjb.net.
