cool. I'll have to try it out. I've been using GNC pro-performance (choc). It's sorta.. gross..not as bad as some others from what i've heard
 
most champion nutrition stuff taste good so i'm pretty sure this does too 🙂

GNC brand stuff is basically generic...a.k.a. crap.
 

Don't take GNC stuff, you can get better for cheaper at other places.

Any suggestions? I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to that stuff but heard that some products use low grade protein.
 
I've been going with the GNC Pro Performance Whey Protein (chocolate)

It dissolves very well and tastes MUCH better than other protein drinks.

20g per serving when mixed with water.
29g when mixed with milk.

The stuff works.

I drink 2 or 3 glasses a day.
