No prize substitution except by Sponsors, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Taxes on prize are winners' responsibility. Here's another way that seems to be working:

Go to the main ABC site, click on the "Local Stations" link at the bottom, click on Florida, then go to Tampa's ABC site. Then under one of the topics on the main nav bar, there's a drop down for contests. I clicked on that and got the popup within 5 seconds.

It was posted at another board - and so far, three people who've done exactly that have gotten the popup (the legit way).
