Free To NEF Once More!

I have just finished the work I needed to do before taking off on Friday. Mr Isla is watching TV, so until he comes to get me, I am free.

I am now free to NEF again! I can put my Alien Icon back on, oh, it will feel so much better.

However, I am going to try to control my impulse to read or post in threads that will upset me or draw me in so far they need the jaws of life to remove me again.
