They only asked me for my name, address, and my screen name. Used two office accounts, and had a friend order a ticket with her account.

I have received no emails at the AOL addresses yet? I really don't plan to, as they are mailing the ticket to my 'one per household'.

Maybe you should reply back to the next person (from AOL) who SPAMs you. Ask if you can use their screen name for a contest. Tell them, if you don't hear back from them, you will consider it is OK!
