Free template sales agreement "as is" ???

Anybody know of any free template sales agreements for selling a car "as is" and that the buyer assumes all liability?

Selling my car and want to get this in addition to the form from the DMV's website.

Seems to be such a generic thing that it has to be available somewhere on the internet.

99% of the time, buyer assumes liability when they put the money down and grab the title.

Write your own contract.

1. Car is being sold "as is" with no warranty from previous owner.

2. Smell of beer, cigarettes and cheap whores when driving down the highway won't happen as far as I know.

3. Main bearings are perfectly fine as far as I know.

4. The head gaskets are not known to be bad and won't smoke badly when the car warms up as far as I know.

5. The muffler chain is brand new.

6. The johnson rod is in excellent shape.

7. The Flux capacitor may cause freezer burn while exiting the vehicle.

Private sales are almost always "as-is where is" by default.

Edit: This information should be placed in the Bill of sale.
