FREE TCP VIEWER

Does anybody know where i can find a simple tcp viewer that lists programs listening
to cantact a server. I had one but lost it when i had to reformat my computer.
It was free and simple and worked great.

or there's always the built-in netstat. netstat -a will display everything.
