If this deal has been around forever and they haven't send out any t-shirts, is there some way to complain to BBB about them? Since they are not selling anything, I am not sure if it's possible to complain against them. They are obviously using your info to spam you.
 
they are using your info to spam, thus making money off of you. they're also a busines, thus you can report them to the BBB. i'm not sure what kind of action they would take, and how soon, though.

I found out who own the domain. BCRS is not register as a business in the state of Washington or could I get any info off Canadian sites, especially BBB.

IMHO, looks like another bunch of criminals.
