Free Sunglasses GO FOR IT!

Dunno...😛
Edit: No seriously, I don't know what the catch is. I hope there is no catch. I just found this 5 minutes ago.

<< We only accept Citibank C2it orders. >>

That's the catch. Have to up your SS# and CC#.

We only accept Citibank C2it orders.
Register for a C2it account if you don't already have one.
Registration is FREE !
Check your email and follow the instructions.
Once we get the C2it message, your order is on the way!

The catch is they get a $5 referral bonus from c2it and you get a 49 cent pair o'sunglasses

i went ahead and registered too see if i get the free $10, but i cant find anywhere where it tells me "Send cash First $10 FREE" or anything at all like that.

Danged C2iT. They should say something like "FREE if you want to give up information that we can use against you".

I'll be damned if I'm just going to give them my address, phone number, and social security number. Ya know they created the social security numbers to verify who gets what when retirement came and to use for tax purposes. Now everybody thinks that they can just ask for it whenever they want. Like Ohio State they expect you to write it on every test you take. BULLSHIT!! Think before you do something like this. No pair of sunglasses is worth having to re-establish your identity.

i believe it's actually against federal law for anyone to ask you your social security number, unless it's a gov't agency requesting the info. i think also that federal law allows you to use a replacement number as identification in those cases where a SSN is asked for.
in any case, there is no reason for you to be required to give out your social security number except if it's for taxes and financial purposes. i would give them a fake number. no way would i give them my real one.

syf3r.

IT is a retnal burn-in experiment. They will contact you in 10 years and ask you to read from the eye chart. It pays to pay for sunglasses.

Ummmm....., anyone can legally ask for your SSN, you just don't have to give it to them
