Free Steam game: Moonbase Alpha

Eh, I'm a sci-fi geek, so I'll have to give it a shot. Space colony life support accidents are hilllaaaaaaariously fun. Well, ok, maybe not, but this is an important milestone in making realistic space concepts easily accessible and engaging to the public.

The more interest the better, ya know?
 
I grabbed it yesterday, I'll hopefully get a chance to try it out this week. It's free, why not?
 
It's ok... it's not all that fun truthfully.

However, it IS free. So, it's still worth checking out.
 
Hmm, the Steam page says it was released in November 1999... That's not possible, is it? The minimum graphics is Nvidia 7000 or ATI X1900, they were released in 2005, and the graphics look more like 2005 to me.

No, the game was released yesterday.That was a typo.
 
This game is COOL! Prepare for an MMO based on this but much larger, bigger and better. It won't be free, but it will be cheaper than WoW!
