WHAT: On August 16, Starbucks will surprise and delight local residents at the Starbucks Iced Coffee Bar, made almost entirely out of ice, in Capitol Park ? on the corner of 10th and L Street in downtown Sacramento. Residents are invited to stop by between 6:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. for a complimentary Iced Coffee or Iced Café con Leche ? refreshing treats to escape the record-setting summer heat. While sipping their icy beverages, visitors can watch as professional ice sculptors carve spectacular creations before their very eyes.
In addition, from 1:00-3:00 p.m. that day, Starbucks invites Californians to take an ?Iced Coffee Break? and visit participating Starbucks locations throughout California to enjoy a complimentary, tall (12-ounce) Iced Coffee or Iced Café con Leche.
