free solution to re-create partitions within XP?

Searched on here with no luck, if this has been covered already I apologize. I have a laptop running Windows XP Home, when it was installed 40 GB was left unused, and the machine has two 20GB partitions. Is there anyway to create a new 60GB partition now (delete one of the 20GB partitions and add it to the 40GB that is currently unused) while running XP? I know the installation CD will do it but the machine doesn't have a cd drive. I imagine PartitionMagic will do it as well, but that costs $70 USD. Anything free that will do this? XP Disk Management won't let me do it :/
