Free software to transfer Iphone songs?

I'm looking for some freeware software to transfer songs from my Iphone to my PC. Everything I have found you have to pay for. Are their any freeware type software out their that will do this???

CopyTransSuite might be able to help you. You still need itunes installed for it to work, but you should be able to transfer music and videos back and forth with it.
