Free Software (just about everything you could want)

And yet, I don't want any of those programs, and there are much better ones out there probably...the site was horrible to even look at, much less navigate. There are a million other sites that give free software, so what is so special about this site?

I never said there was anything great about the site, just the fact there was open source program available if someone took the time to search the site. The OP did a poor job of pointing out where the software was located.
