1. Print out this page.
2. Purchase any two Snuggle products.
3. Circle the Snuggle purchase price on the receipt(s). Receipts MUST be dated after April 1, 2001.
4. Clip the Snuggle Sheets UPC (the bar code on the back of your box) or
write the Snuggle Liquid UPC (the bar code on the back of your bottle) on the receipt.
5. Attach everything to the filled-out form and mail to:
