free SMTP server?

is there some free SMTP server you guys know of?
i need to use it with outlook, not anything silly that i have to download etc.
perfect if it doesn't create some dum promotional messages as the signature.

Run one yourself. Use IP as 127.0.0.1.

I installed this. Two options you need to change:
1. Allow relays.
2. Specify proper DNS server. (your ISP's dns server will work)
