Thought this was cool 🙂 for those of you who dont know: shrinky dinks are a plasic that you color then bake in the oven. they shrink up and can be used as ornaments and other uses. Im sure someone remembers what they are.

I'm another one having flashbacks. BTW, my kids get SuperElasticBubblePlastic as prizes when they go to birthday parties, just under a much less creative name. Thanks for the find.

Guess we should change the title from free to 34 cents (which is probably about what the product cost back in '75).
 
You can make your own shrinky dinks - w/o the markup that the trademark pays you...

The lids to the salad bar thingies at the grocery store work the same way - you don't use pencils, you gotta use a sharpie or other permanent marker, but they shrink just the same.

My wife is a preschool teacher, and this is the way they do it.
