Tried Cerberus FTP 8, worked great, then the home/personal license expired and now it's $499 for sFTP support.

Any recommended free (or low-cost) sFTP server programs for Windows? Running Win 8/8.1.
 
OpenSSH has a Windows port now thanks to Microsoft. However I don't think it's feature complete so YMMV.
 
Holy crap that's ridiculously expensive. I don't get what is up with the windows world and wanting to charge so much for software. I could understand <$100 but anything higher seems absurd.

I think you can do SFTP with Cygwin. But is there a reason you're using windows for this, I would just use Linux, it will be built right in with OpenSSH.
 
I think that it is assumed that if you are looking for an FTP server then you are a serious business. Got to look at who the customer demographics are.
