Free server that won't shut you down for stealing bandwidth?

I've tried netfirms and a couple others, but I was putting pics on them and sending them to others and now it's shut down as a result.

So basically I want something that's:

*free
*allows pics to be linked (not like geocities)
*has 10mb+ of space
*won't ding you for stealing their precious bandwidth

Homestead and Spree. I like Homestead better though.

I dunno, Spree is cool. Its one of the easiest to upload to.

True - I guess I was thinking of which is better for a beginner, which GoldenBear obviously isn't. When Geocities stopped allowing remote linking, I had to walk a whole bunch of people through free server signups again - Spree was hard for the non-adept, lol.
